Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the day-to-day running of the transport and horticulture operation
Building strong relationships with subcontractors and drivers
Assisting with planning and driver management
Ensuring drivers are using EPOD correctly
Handling customer queries and maintaining service levels
Completing operational administration including POD processing and job input
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the operation

What we’re looking for:
✔ Strong IT skills
✔ Good problem-solving ability
✔ Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
✔ Good geographical knowledge and understanding of the transport market
✔ Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
✔ Eager to learn and develop within transport operations

Desirable: Previous transport/logistics experience and CPC qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
