Who We Are
Career Hive was created to provide total recruitment solutions to businesses across the UK. We want to be different from other agencies by taking the time to listen to our clients and fully understand the roles. We pride ourselves in only sending over candidates that we know would be successful and therefore save our clients from having to spend time going through CVs that don’t match their requirements, both with regard to their skillset and their cultural fit.
Our initial focus was on the freight and logistics industry, but we have gradually branched out as companies have approached us with a wide range of roles that we have filled successfully. We are always open to having a chat with any business about how we can help.
We pride ourselves in candidate longevity and helping businesses invest in the right people.

Director
Paul first joined the recruitment industry when he finished University and absolutely loved the buzz of helping people find new roles. 12 years later and he decided to open his own agency as he found working for existing agencies too restrictive and wanted to provide his clients with the level of service they deserve without having to worry about red tape. Paul loves the satisfaction of seeing candidates thrive in their new roles and knowing he helped play a part in both the candidate and the company success.

Pawsitivity Officer 🐾
Winnie is Career Hive's resident Pawsitivity Officer and takes her role very seriously... when she's not napping.
As a Cockador with an impressive track record in boosting team morale, Winnie is also responsible for candidate screening (judging everyone within 3 seconds), office security (barking at absolutely nothing), and ensuring the team never work too hard without taking regular cuddle breaks.
Winnie can often be found carrying out thorough inspections of lunchboxes, monitoring snack distribution, and keeping a close eye on delivery drivers who she firmly believes are up to something.
